Keep discussions related to public procurement, e-GP, tender participation, procurement planning, bid preparation, bid evaluation, contract management, procurement rules, Standard Tender Documents, procurement training, and professional procurement practices.

Posts unrelated to procurement may be removed so members can find relevant discussions quickly.

Share accurate information

Verify facts before posting. Avoid rumors and speculation, and clearly distinguish personal opinions from official information. Official government circulars and procurement rules should always take precedence.
