e-GP Renewal Process in Bangladesh

Tenderers can complete e-GP account renewal through the Bangladesh e-GP online renewal process, BRAC Bank payment, Dutch-Bangla Bank payment, or by visiting an e-GP member scheduled bank when online access is unavailable after expiry.

e-GP Renewal Process

The e-GP renewal process in Bangladesh can be completed through online payment and through payment at e-GP member scheduled banks. Online renewal is suitable when you can log in to your e-GP account. Scheduled bank renewal is useful after expiry when login access is unavailable.

Tenderers are advised to complete renewal at least one month before the account expiry date. Advance renewal payment is allowed.

Renew the account before the expiry date shown in e-GP.

International Tenderer BDT 5,000

Use the applicable payment option for your tenderer type.

Online steps

Online Renewal Process

  1. 01

    Log in to your e-GP account.

  2. 02

    Go to My Account > Online Payment.

  3. 03

    Select a payment gateway: BRAC Bank or Dutch-Bangla Bank.

  4. 04

    Complete the payment. After successful payment completion, your e-GP account will be renewed automatically.

Important Instructions for Failed Payments

BRAC Bank Payment Issue

If payment through BRAC Bank is unsuccessful but the amount has been deducted from your account:

  • Please attempt the payment process again.
  • If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, submit a written complaint to the respective BRAC Bank branch.

Dutch-Bangla Bank Payment Issue

If payment through Dutch-Bangla Bank is unsuccessful but the amount has been deducted:

  • The deducted amount is usually refunded within 72 hours.
  • If the refund is not completed within this period, contact the respective Dutch-Bangla Bank branch and submit a complaint.
After expiry

Renewal Through Scheduled Bank After Expiry

If your renewal period has expired and you are unable to log in to your e-GP account, you can still renew through an e-GP member scheduled bank.

    Visit any e-GP member scheduled bank.

  2. 02

    Provide your registered e-GP email ID.

  3. 03

    Deposit the renewal fee accordingly.

After the bank completes the renewal process, your e-GP account will be renewed automatically and you will be able to log in again.
