Why is the Performance Security Validity Date generated automatically in the e-GP system?

The Bangladesh e-GP system now automatically calculates the Performance Security Validity Date based on the Work Start Date and Work End Date specified in the tender notice, with an additional 28 days added to the contract completion period. Tenderers and Procuring Entities (PEs) should understand how this date is determined and what to do if the automatically generated validity period appears incorrect.
