Before You Contact Support
Check these items first
Most support issues come from unsupported pages, stale extension files, or workbook headings that do not match the required structure.
Confirm the e-GP page
Open the Technical Specification form on `www.eprocure.gov.bd` or `training.eprocure.gov.bd` with the TenderTableMatrix path.
Reload after updates
Open `chrome://extensions`, reload BidorixSpecFill PE, then refresh the e-GP tab before trying again.
Review validation messages
Fix missing headings, formula cells, invalid item numbers, duplicate item numbers, and empty required fields in the workbook.
Workbook Requirements
Required workbook headings
The extension accepts harmless spacing, case, punctuation, ampersand, and slash differences, but each field must map clearly to one column.
- Item No.
- Name of Goods
- Detailed Technical Specification and Standards Required
- Inspection and/or Tests Required and Test Place
- No formulas or spreadsheet error cells in required fields
- No duplicate item numbers in the imported record set
Troubleshooting
When the extension does not fill as expected.
Use the support checklist below to narrow the issue before sending a request. Include screenshots only when they do not expose credentials or sensitive tender data.
Page says unsupported
Confirm the URL path, Technical Specification wording, PE User columns, and Add Row controls are present on the page.
Workbook is rejected
Use the sample workbook, remove formulas, keep one header for each required field, and keep records within the 200-row limit.
