Eligibility criteria

1. The tenderer must have an updated Trade License, TIN Certificate, IT Return Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate. 2. Technical persons involved with GIS Work should have a proficiency certificate of GIS installation works. 3. The tenderer has to satisfy all other criteria laid down in the TDS. 4. The quantity of works, or any portion thereof, under this tender may be reduced or modified in accordance with the requirements of the Procuring Entity (PE). In such cases, the corresponding bill of works shall be adjusted accordingly. Tenderers are therefore advised to take this matter into due consideration when preparing their submissions. 5. The tenderer shall be solely responsible for arranging all necessary tools, equipment, and consumables required to execute the works. This includes, but is not limited to: DILO Machine for SF6 gas handling SF6 Gas Analyzer SF6 Gas and other consumable materials Any additional tools and accessories essential for the completion of the works
