Eligibility criteria

1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature including civil construction, finishing, sanitary, Electrical and other related necessary works successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least TK. 16,00,000/- (Sixteen Lakh). 3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater thanTK.15,00,000/- (Fifteen Lakh) over the last 05 (Five) financial years. 4.
