1) The Tenderer must possess a valid and up-to-date Trade License. 2) The Tenderer must possess a Tax Identification Number (TIN). 3) The Tenderer must submit the latest Income Tax Return Certificate. 4) The Tenderer must possess a VAT Registration Number (BIN). 5) The Tenderer must submit a Bank Solvency Certificate or credit facilities commitment from a scheduled bank, issued within the date specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS). 6) The Tenderer shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility, suspension, or be blacklisted/debarred under the Public Procurement Act, 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2025.
