THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE TENDER: (Where applicable). i) Photocopy of valid Trade license of current year. ii) Photocopy of certificate from the competent authority stating that current Income tax return has been submitted quoting TIN no. iii) Photocopy of up-to date valid VAT registration certificate. iv) Photocopy of Proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of incorporation (If applicable). v) Sample of item (Minimum 01 Pkt/Bottle/Can/Tin each, printed brand name, production & expiry date) must be submitted (Non-Refundable) along with the offer and must be ensured that the sample should reach before opening of the tender. This is applicable to all tenderers even in the case of Manufacturer.
