Eligibility criteria

The minimum number of years of general experience of The Tenderer or all partners in case of JVCA (Joint Venture, Consortium or Association) in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Service Provider/ Sub Contractor shall be 03 years; The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider as (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing physical service of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed within a period of last 05 (Five) years with aggregated value of at least BDT 1,35,00,000/- (One Crore Thirty Five Lakh Taka) shall be required. Here similar nature and complexity means inclusion of all of the following services in a single contract: meter reading, bill distribution, meter installation/replacement, disconnection and re-connection but not limited thereto, in any electricity distribution utility in Bangladesh.
