Eligibility criteria

Interested consulting firms must fulfill the following selection criteria : 1) The firm must have minimum 15 years of relevant working experience; 2) Joint venture is allowed. The Lead firm must have minimum 15 years experience in the relevant field and other each partner of JV should have minimum 10-year experience in the relevant field; 3) Proven experience in the supervision and monitoring of civil construction works associated its electrical, electromechanical, plumbing, and sewerage, all utility services including Boundary wall, Gate, Security systems etc; 4) Completion of at least 02(Two) similar project (Food Godown/Building with ancillary services for government or autonomous projects) Last 05(Five) Years; 5) The firm must have Specific experience in at least 01(One) contract BDT 2.50 (Two Point Five Zero) Crore within the last 05(Five) years in Public Sector; 6) Demonstrated general and overall experience of the firm; 7) Submission of legal documents, including registration o…
