Eligibility criteria

• Master’s Degree or higher in any branch of Social Science/Agricultural Science, Gender Studies, Social Development Studies, or relevant field. • Minimum 07 years relevant work experience in government/ semi-government/ autonomous/ international organizations/ private sector organization. • Minimum 5 years’ work experience as Gender and Social Inclusion/ Social Safeguard specialist in Government/donor funded project • Demonstrated experience integrating Gender Equality and Women Empowerment into M&E systems and donor reporting frameworks, including sex- and age-disaggregated data collection and analysis. • High level of proficiency in written and spoken skill in English and report writing including preparation/ delivery of training materials. • Demonstrated experience of writing knowledge products and content development (e.g., papers, blogs, video, e-publication etc.). • Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; remote communication tools for field coordination. • Experience of…
