Eligibility criteria

01. Interested organizations must submit tenders following all the terms and conditions of the tender document. 02. The selected organization will sign an agreement with the service provider. No appointment letter will be issued to any individual by the service provider authority. 03. Laws, rules, regulations, directives, etc., issued by the government from time to time regarding providing and receiving services through outsourcing must be followed. 04. Service charges at the rate fixed as per Circular No. 07.00.0000.000.153.99.0001.21-178, dated 15/04/205 AD, issued by the Budget Enforcement Branch-3 of the Finance Division under the Ministry of Finance, shall be payable by the service-purchasing organization to the service providers' individual bank accounts. 05.
