In accordance with Rule 7 of the Bangladesh Labour Rules, 2015, the service provider contracting agency must possess a valid registration and a renewed license issued by the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments. 3. Updated contractor and Business License. 4. Updated VAT and Income Tax License with PSR. 5. National Citizen Certificate and NID Certificate. 6. Ownership Certificate of the Institution. 7.
