Eligibility criteria

The Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract and shall not be under any declaration of ineligibility issued by the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The Tenderer shall possess valid Trade License, TIN Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate. The Tenderer shall have experience in providing transportation services and shall own or have proven access to the required number of roadworthy lorries with valid registration, route permit, fitness certificate and insurance. The Tenderer shall have adequate financial capacity to perform the Contract and shall comply with all requirements specified in the Tender Document.
