Eligibility criteria

Audit Firm enlisted with Bangladesh Bank; Registered with FRC. Must possess valid Trade License, VAT Registration, and TIN Certificate; Enlistment Certificate from ICAB (as a firm)’ Certificate from the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms Have at least five (05) years of experience in statutory audit services; Experience in conducting statutory audits of Banks, Financial Institutions, Government Organizations, Autonomous Bodies or other Public Sector Entities. Have no conflict of interest in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2025 (as amended).
