Eligibility criteria

1. Firm must submit valid and updated legal and business documents, including Trade License, TIN, VAT Registration (BIN), Certificate of Incorporation, Updated Income Tax Certificate. 2. Must have proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of at least 10 web-based/e-government software projects of which a minimum of 5 projects must involve digitalization and automation of government service functions, covering the full SDLC, with at least two projects valued at more than BDT 1(One) Crore each. URLs of active/live applications must be provided. 3. Must have work experience with Department of shipping/maritime related software experiences with government. Relevant work odder/work completion certificate needs to be attached. 4.
