Eligibility criteria
1. The Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract. 2. The Tenderer must be registered in the Bangladesh e-GP system. 3. The Tenderer shall not be declared ineligible by the Government of Bangladesh. 4. The Tenderer shall have experience in providing similar physical services. 5. The Tenderer shall have required financial capability and resources to perform the Contract. 6. The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and other documents as required in the Tender Document. 7. The Tenderer shall comply with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act-2006 (PPA-2006) and Public Procurement Rules-2025 (PPR-2025) of Bangladesh. 8.
