Eligibility criteria

1. Outsourcing manpower from the previous contract who are currently working at BWMRI will be given priority in this new contract, based on their performance and other factors/qualifications. 2.Tenderers shall have the following up to date valid License a) Copy of Valid and Updated Trade License for the current fiscal year. b) Copy of VAT Registration Certificate (Business Identification Number - BIN). c) Copy of Updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest assessment year. d) Copy of Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate. e) Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration from the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC). f) The amount of the Tender Security shall be TK.3,30,000/-(Three lakh Thirty Thousand Taka only) g) Tenderer having any debarment history in previous 5 (five) years shall be considered as non-responsive. h) The Bio-data/ CV of the existing outsourcing manpower from the previous contract is not mandatory to submit.
