Eligibility criteria

1. The Tenderer shall be a registered entity or a genuine manpower service provider duly authorized by the competent Government authority. 2. The Tenderer shall possess a valid Registration Certificate and renewed License issued by the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) in accordance with the Bangladesh Labour Rules, 2015. 3. The Tenderer shall have a valid and updated Trade License. 4. The Tenderer shall have a valid BIN (VAT Registration), TIN Certificate and up-to-date Income Tax Return/Tax Clearance Certificate. 5. The Tenderer shall submit a valid Bank Solvency Certificate issued by a scheduled bank. 6. The Tenderer shall submit copies of National ID and Citizenship Certificate of the Proprietor/Managing Director/Authorized Representative, as applicable. 7.
