Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP system under CPTU with valid trade license, TIN and Vat certificate. Tenderer should fulfill all the criteria's which are stated in TDS. Tenderers only from Bangladesh can participate in the tender. Payment will be made subject to budget allocation & availability of funds but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved. Tender evaluation will be conducted on the basis of uploaded documents of the tenderer. Outside or offline documents will not be considered. The work may be totally dropped, decreased, or increased. The work order will be issued after approval from the Competent Authority. The Contract is not subjected to price adjustment.
