The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least [ONE] contract(s) of Waterproofing work for Building or other structure by any technology successfully completed within the last [05 (Five)] years, with a value of at least [Tk.6,00,000.00 (Six Lac)]. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper / e-GP portal]. 2. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than [Tk.5,00,000.00 (Five Lac)] over the last [05 (Five)] financial years.
