Eligibility criteria

The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who satisfy the followings: a) Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01 (one) similar nature of work/Repair and maintenance of building work in a single contract amounting not less than Tk. 21.00 lac during last 03 (three) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./autonomous bodies. b) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk 35.00 lac (best 03 years of last 05 years will be considered). All works completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender. c) The required minimum liquid Assets i.e working capital/line of credit facilities is Tk. 25.00 lac in the specified format of PPR. d) The minimum capacity shall be: 12.00 lac e) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt.
