Eligibility criteria

i. Experience Requirement: The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services. ii. Country Eligibility: Tenderers from countries not diplomatically recognized by the People's Republic of Bangladesh are not eligible. iii. Statutory Requirements: The Tenderer must possess valid Trade License, VAT Certificate, TIN Certificate, and any other statutory documents as applicable. iv.
