Eligibility criteria

1. The Tenderers must have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience of Construction works. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1(One) contract(s) of Vertical Extension of RCC Building Construction including Civil, Internal Sanitary & Electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 130.00 (One Hundred Eighty) Lakh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 135.00 (One Hundred Thirty-Five) Lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.
