The tenderer must have required liquid assets. 4. Valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance, and VAT Registration are mandatory. 5. Prices must be consistent with the market rate and remain fixed despite market fluctuations. 6. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; lowest bid is not obligatory. 7.
