Eligibility criteria
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be Five (05) years. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least Two (02) number contract of similar nature ( which are 1. Construction of Retaining Wall with in-situ pile and 2. construction of container yard ) successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk. Five Crore (5,00,00,000) only. The required average annual construction turnover under the public sector shall be greater than Tk Twelve Crore (12,00,00,000) only over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk Four Crore (4,00,00,000) only.
