Eligibility criteria

1. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least 01 (one) contract with a minimum value of BDT 1,50,00,000.00 (Bangladeshi Taka One Crore Fifty Lac) in any public Electricity Utility of Bangladesh during the last 07 (Seven) years, counting backward from the date of publication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT) in the e-GP System. The qualifying contract shall have involved the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment of 33 kV or 11 kV voltage level in substations, together with execution of associated civil works including construction/extension of substation control room buildings. 2. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the Tenderer shall be BDT 1,60,00,000.00 (One Crore Sixty Lac). 3. The Tenderer shall quote prices for the related civil works in Form e-PG3-4D.
