Eligibility criteria

a. The minimum number of yrs of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 05 (Five) yrs. b. Having minimum experience as a prime Contractor/Subcontractor/Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar work/Building construction work of BDT not less than 350.00 (Three Hundred and Fifty) Lac in a single contract within last 05 (five) yrs in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. Yrs counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. c. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) financial years of Tk. 650.00 (Six Hundred and Fifty) Lac.
