Eligibility criteria

The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following: 1. Tenderer/Civil contractors/Construction firms who have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in civil work. 2. The Tenderer must have successful completion experience certificate of at least 01 (one) completed similar/ supply & related service of buildings and construction material under a One-Year framework contract within the last five (05) years in any Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Body, with a contract value of not less than Tk 17.00 lakh. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank and status of an Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned Department/ Organization. 3. The required minimum liquid asset I.e. working capital or credit line(s) is Tk. 24.00 (Twenty-four) Lakhs. 4.
