Eligibility criteria

This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction or Cleaning works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years. 2. The Tenderer must have specific experience as a Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, or Management Contractor in the successful completion of at least 01(one) cleaning works contract for a multistoried building or office within the last five (5) years. The contract must have a minimum value of Tk. 24.00(Twenty Four) lac yearly and the work must have been executed for any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Organization, Scheduled Bank, Financial Institution or NGO. 3.
