Eligibility criteria

The invitation is open to all eligible Tenderers who meet the following criteria: 1. Must possess a valid, up-to-date Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate, and Business Identification Number (BIN) certificate. 2. Must have experience in the vehicle rental or transport services. 3. Must have successfully completed at least one similar vehicle supply contract. 4. The proposed microbus must be air-conditioned (AC), in prime operating condition, and of a manufacturing model year 2017-2018 or later. 5. All mandatory vehicle documentation-including Fitness Certificate, Tax Token, and Route Permit-must remain valid and up-to-date throughout the entire contract tenure. 6.
