Eligibility criteria

The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 03 (Three) years. The tenderer shall have the minimum specific experience as Service Provider in providing Manpower in public sector under maximum 02 (Two) contracts (to comply with this requirement service contracts cited should be at least 70 percent complete) completed over a period of 3 (three) years with a value of at least of Tk 6,50,000.00 (Six Lakh Fifty Thousand); The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer under Public sector (hereinafter defined by Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector) shall be at least an amount of Tk 3,50,000.00 (Three Lakh Fifty thousand) only over the last 03(Three) financial years.
