a. Updated copy of valid trade license. b. Updated income tax return certificate & E-tin certificate c. Updated vat registration certificate. d. Latest Bank solvency certificate & credit commitment. e. Ownership certificate of the company or authorization letter. f. Citizenship certificate & national identity card copy g. Similar work experience h. Agricultural certificate and i. Other necessary document shall be submitted as per as TDS, PCC. N.B: For transportation work, the contractor/supplier must own their own trucks. They must possess experience in transportation and hold a certificate of having worked with the Police Department. Valid documentation for the vehicles must be submitted.
