Eligibility criteria

The Tender is open to all eligible tenderer who has- a) Up to date valid Trade license. b) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate c) Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate obtained from NBR. d) The number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works shall be at least 05 (Five) years. (e) The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in similar nature of construction works (RCC Retaining Boundary Wall with Pile Foundation) under public sector of at least 01(one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 01.50 Core Taka (One Core and Fifty Lakh Taka).
