Eligibility criteria
1. NID Card of Tenderer. 2. Related Trade License of 2026-2027. 3. Tin Certificate & Income Tax Clearance Certificate for 2025-2026. 4. Updated VAT registration Certificate. 5. Sample Signature. 6. Ownership Affidavit on 300 Taka Non-judicial Stamp 7. One copy of passport size color photograph. 8. Line of credit (LOR) of Tk 1 (one) crore. 9. Bank statment of last 3 months with continuous Transaction and the total transaction should be not less than Tk 50 (Fifty) lakh. 10. General experience of 3 years in supply of goods and related services and specific experience shoule be not less than Tk 1 (One) crore in supply of similar goods in last 3 years. 11. Tender security as per TDS. 12. Manufacturer's authorization letter of supplied computers and related accessories. 13. Membership certificated issued by BCC (Bangladesh Computer Council). 14.
