Eligibility criteria

1. Updated Trade License. 2. Valid TIN Certificate. 3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate (BIN). 4. Updated Income Tax Return/Tax Clearance Certificate or Acknowledgement Receipt. 5. Bank Solvency Certificate indicating a minimum Liquid Asset of BDT 30,00,000.00 (Taka Thirty Lakh Only). 6. Valid ISO 9001 Certificates of both the Manufacturer and the Supplier. 7. Minimum 02 (Two) years of General Experience. 8. Experience of successfully completing at least 01 (One) similar contract for the supply of Valve Pit Covers (or similar goods) within the last 05 (Five) years, with a total contract value of at least BDT 40,00,000.00 (Taka Forty Lakh Only).
