Eligibility criteria
Tenderer must have: i)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. ii) A satisfactory completion of a simillar nature The bidder shall submit a valid Sole Distributor/Authorized Distributor/Authorized Agency Certificate for the offered KONE brand lift, issued by the manufacturer of work of at least Tk 7.80 Lac under 01 contract over a period of 05 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. iii) The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 20.00 Lac during the last 5 years preceding the date of invitation of the tender.The Tenderer must submit a summarized Turnover Calculation sheet of last 5 years. iv) The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 6.00 lac.
