All e-Gp registered potential tenderers are eligible to submit tender provided they have the following qualifications as well as other qualifications mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet: a. The intending tenderer's must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Up to date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up-to-date Trade License are to be enclosed along with the tender. b. The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as supplier shall be 05 years. c.
