Eligibility criteria

The Tenderer shall have: 1. Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate according to Prime Minister Gazette. a) General experience of Five (05)years. b) Valid trade license (FY 2026-27). c) Valid tax clearance certificate Income Tax Assessment Year shall be 2025-2026. d) Valid VAT & TIN certificate . e) Up to date ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. f) A satisfactory completion of supply & installation of Generator (60KVA) (Goods) of at least Tk. 15.00 Lakh (Fifteen Lakh) under a single contract as a similar works within last 05 (Five) years under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body of Bangladesh where the package contains more than one (1) Generator.
