Eligibility criteria

(1) The firm must be registered with ICAB and possess a valid practicing certificate. (2) The Engagement Partner nominated by the audit firm must be an FCA, while the Team Manager must be Partly Qualified. Furthermore, the Audit Engagement Team shall comprise at least six members.
