Eligibility criteria

This invitation for tender is open to all eligible/ Bona fide Tenderers: a) Up to date valid Trade license b) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate c) Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate d) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. e) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 contract of Air Conditioning System successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 170.00 Lac f) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 250.00 Lac over the last 05 financial years and Minimum Tender Capacity shall be 180.00 Lac. g) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment in the form…
