Eligibility criteria

The tenderer must be an actual manufacturer holding an up-to-date and valid Manufacturing Drug License and a recognized standard GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certificate in favor of their own factory, issued by the Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA). Scanned copies of the original valid GMP certificate and drug license issued in the name of their own factory must be mandatorily submitted with the tender. Otherwise, the tender will be directly rejected as non-responsive without showing any cause. As per TDS.
