Eligibility criteria

The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (five) years. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar goods of at least 03 (three) contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years. The total aggregated value of these contracts must be at least BDT 7,000,000.00 (seven million) only. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 7,000,000.00 (seven million) only. The Tenderer shall submit a valid Manufacturer's Authorization issued by the Manufacturer authorizing the Tenderer to supply the Goods in Bangladesh. The Manufacturer shall have the necessary production capability and shall provide warranty and after-sales support for the Goods, where applicable. Failure to submit the required Manufacturer's Authorization shall render the Tender non-responsive.
