Eligibility criteria

(a) Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and social security contributions under the provisions of laws and regulations of the country of its origin and shall not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Clause 71 of Public Procurement Rules, 2025. (b) The required information regarding claims under litigation shall be current or during the last five (05) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (c) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be five (05) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
