Recruitment of qualified Clearing and Forwarding (C&F) Agents and Transport Contractors for unloading, customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing of relief goods. The scope of work includes unloading and handling of relief goods arriving from abroad through Mongla Sea Port, Payra Sea Port, Benapole Land Port, Bhomra Land Port, Jashore Airport, and Barishal Airport. The contractors shall also be responsible for transportation and delivery of relief goods from these ports and stations and from any relief warehouses to designated relief warehouses or locations at Division, District, Upazila, and Union levels. The package further includes handling, transportation, and dispatch of relief goods from the above-mentioned ports and stations for shipment abroad, as and when required. The geographical coverage of this package under the Khulna Region shall include all districts under Khulna Division and Barishal Division.
