Eligibility criteria

Technical criteria: The Tenderer shall have satisfactorily completed at least one (01) contract for the supply of similar types of Goods/Materials to any organization during the three (03) years preceding the date specified in the applicable TDS, with a contract value of not less than BDT 4.75 lakh. Evidence: Copies of the Purchase Order/Contract Agreement along with the Completion Certificate, Performance Certificate, relevant invoice(s), or other documentary evidence acceptable to the Procuring Entity. Financial Criteria Financial Capacity: The Tenderer shall have financial resources of not less than BDT 5.00 lakh, in the form of liquid assets, working capital, credit line(s), specific credit commitment(s), or any combination thereof acceptable to the Employer. Evidence: Bank statement and/or credit line certificate issued by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh, clearly indicating the available amount in BDT and issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the date of Tender opening.
