Eligibility criteria

1. National Tenderer must submit updated Trade license, Valid VAT registration certificate/ Business Identification Number, and TIN certificate. Foreign tenderers must submit a trade license or Certificate of incorporation (as applicable) as per ITT clause 20.1 (h) and 20.1(m), 2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services. General experience shall be substantiated by years of the Tenderer’s registration/constitution/licensing in its country of origin, as per ITT clause 27.1(b), with the years counted backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the e-GP System. 3.
