Eligibility criteria

(a) The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider or contractor in providing physical service of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 5 years with a value of at least of BDT 1.4 Lakh shall be required in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization. (b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 0.4 Lakh. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender. The period will be best 3 (Three) years in the last 05 (Five) years.
