(a) Valid trade licence. (b) VAT registration (BIN). (c) Up-to-date Tax certificate(TIN). (d) Valid ABC licence. (e) Recent Bank solvency certificate. The minimum amount of liquid assets, working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk [03 Lac] from an authorised person of any Schedule Bank. (f) Experience Certificate (Only certificate will be accepted and certificate should contain contract name, value & date, Completion date, Tender ID etc). The minimum experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor under the public sector of at least [01] contract(s) of 33/11/0.4 KV electrical line construction/Maintenance work successfully completed within the last [03] years, with a value of at least Tk.
