Eligibility criteria
1) The required General Experience shall be 05 (five) years. 2) The Minimum Specific Experience shall be at least one similar work public sector Construction of RCC Works (Building, Road, Drain etc.) successfully completed amounting to BDT 90.00 (Ninety) lakh under a single contract within the last 05 (Five) years. 3) The Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be BDT 70.00 (Seventy ) lakh per year during the last 05 (five) years, totaling BDT 350.00 lakh (70× 5=350 lakh) (Only Payment Cetificate will be Countable) 4) The Minimum Liquid Asset shall be fixed at BDT 60.00 (Sixty) lakh, and it must be submitted in accordance with the (Form e-PW2A-8) 5) The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be fixed at BDT 90.00 ( Ninety) lakh. 6) Income Tax Assessment Year shall be [2025-2026]; 7) The Audit Report for the last 01 (one) year from the date of IFT must be uploaded. 8) The rates quoted by the tenderer shall remain fixed for the entire duration of the contract till the contracted work is compl…
